Running a radio station is no different to any other business. It needs people with a full range of business and technical skills to not just keep it running day to day, but to also make sure it continues to get stronger for the future.

At Harbour Radio we are proud of the small army of volunteers we have that contribute in areas such as finance, sales, marketing, social media, production, administration, I.T. and technical, broadcasting and staff management. All of these volunteers truly represent the diversity of skills we have across our Borough and strengthen not only our commitment to Great Yarmouth, but also to each other as a family here at Harbour Radio as we pool our skills and knowledge to drive the radio station forward.
